Aloha and
welcome to April on Maui!! Springtime in paradise, a spectacular time of
year to tantalize your senses. If you are on island this month a couple
of unique events you will want to pencil into your agenda. April 1st
– 3rd “The 13th East Maui Taro Festival” held at
Hana Bay & Hana Ballpark will include music, food booths, arts & crafts
and cultural demonstrations; April 23rd – 24th
“Lahaina’s Banyan Tree Birthday Party” honoring the 132nd
birthday of Lahaina’s famous landmark. The celebration will include a
crafts fair, music, and GREAT fun!
We have
had a tremendous amount of comments and inquiries regarding the “lofty”
real estate prices of Maui. I thought it would be interesting to see
how many sales, and in what areas, residential property has sold for
UNDER $400,000. Please keep in mind the ebb & flow of real estate
prices and the cycles they create. Please keep those questions and
