Aloha and welcome to August on Maui!!! It has been a VERY hectic summer on Maui - - I hope you have had an opportunity to relax and enjoy. The real estate market on Maui continues to be very brisk. Inventory levels have dropped throughout the island and properties continue to receive a lot of buyer attention, IF priced right! It is imperative, especially in this fast paced market, to have a Realtor guide you through the process. 

If you are planning to be on island this month there are a few events you may wish to schedule in. Aug 2nd – 3rd “Whalers Village Maui Onion Festival” Celebrate the “sweetie” Maui onion with a weekend of fun, food and cooking demos as well as an onion eating contest; Aug 22nd – 27th “Maui Okinawan Festival”  the Maui Okinawan Kenjinkai will hold its 3rd annual festival, lots of food and entertainment, a wonderful cultural event; Aug 28th – Sept 1st “Maui Writers Conference” the BEST writers conference in the world, this event brings in major authors, screenwriters, publishers and agents for 5-days of learning, motivation and inspiration.
