Aloha and welcome to October on Maui!! There is really only one major event this month which, if you haven’t experienced yet is a MUST!! Halloween in Lahaina! Known as the “Mardi Gras” of the Pacific this event is more than just a night on the town in costume. Lahaina’s Halloween includes haunted houses for kids, costume contests, children’s costume parade, food, crafts, activities, live music and just plain Maui paradise fun & craziness!! Visitors and locals alike spend all year on their costumes and proudly strut down Front Street in true “Mardi Gras” fashion.
